About Me

After YEARS of self-healing, where traditional healthcare fell short, I spent several years working on various modalities in natural healing, gained a holistic health coaching certification and most recently on the energetic/spiritual side- completed an Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner program. I believe the true pathway to health is mind, body, soul coherence aka PEACE within the fabric of our being and that through natural means, we can cure just about anything ourselves. It ALL goes together and when we only focus on one component, we fail to achieve true health. -NATALIE BARRETT

On an individual format, my goal is to introduce you to your inner healer and give you the tools to maintain a healthy flow of energy in all areas of your life. I consider myself a conduit of intuitive healing and a holistic guide with an emphasis on mind, body, soul coherence. As a shamanic energy facilitator, I conduct private and group sessions using a variety of tools like vocalization, breath work, drumming, singing, and the tuning forks.
