Three Steps to Apply
The application process involves three basic steps:
1. Submit your entry fee. Click the payments link to submit your tax‑deductible entry fee. This fee is non‑refundable; however, artists who are not accepted will receive an annual membership to our organization, which includes a range of benefits (to be announced). A special VIP option is also available for guaranteed acceptance of one artwork.
2. Watch for your confirmation email. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to submit up to five examples of your work, along with a brief statement explaining how your art aligns with the theme of the show. (A link explaining the jury process will be added to this page soon.)
3. Submit your images and await notification. Send your images, and you will be notified by August 15 if your work has been accepted for a 10 × 10 display space or a single placement on the VIP Wall. The event will be held October 9–11 as an indoor exhibition at the Medicine Park Music Hall and Event Center, located at the edge of the beautiful Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. You will also receive detailed emails regarding labeling your entries, lodging options, and other accommodations.
