Studio 433 ZEN is a personal UNIVERSITY OF YOU BEE YOU!

Located in the foothills of one of North America's oldest mountain ranges, Studio 433 ZEN offers an intimate communion with natural healing in the quaint and beautiful cobblestone town of Medicine Park, Oklahoma.  Our learning center's educational platform is designed to help clients build expertise in their health practices through science and the arts. Our providers explore creative solutions to achieve optimum wellness of mind, body, and spirit. We assist participants to explore traditional medicine in areas of biology, pharmacology, and psychology. However, our nonprofit was created to introduce our clients to natural plant medicine, balanced nutrition, physical therapy, and energy work by integrating a variety of alternative therapies such as Reiki and other forms of wellness management as these modalities are explored in meditation, yoga, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), art and writing therapy, along with many other performative wellness therapies which are infused with fine arts practices.

We playfully present a BEE-YOU themed learning center for virtual and in-person workshops to bee-come more centered in a chaotic and rapidly changing world. We offer a haven where renewed possibilities buzz in every corner. Our metaphorical "University" of You Bee You (UBU) is less an institution of walls and more a living hive of ideas. Here, learning is not a solitary act but a communal symphony, orchestrated by the rhythms and rituals of nature.
